    Jekyll & Hide

    EXTERIOR

    FULL GRAIN LEATHER

Full-grain leather is the gold standard, because it remains untouched by sanding, shaving, or splitting, it retains the hide’s original strength and character.

At Jekyll & Hide, we favour this uncompromising material because it doesn’t just last; it matures. Every mark and natural variation tells a story, developing a rich patina that makes every piece uniquely yours.

    INTERIOR

    100% RECYCLED LININGS

We are replacing 95% of our fabrics with 100% recycled PET from discarded bottles. Our innovative process transforms plastic waste into a high-performance, water-resistant polyester that prevents landfill buildup for over 1,000 years. By choosing our infinitely recyclable linings, you are supporting a circular system that aligns modern production with nature’s ecosystem.

    Frequently Asked Questions

What is this bag made from, and how does the leather age?

This bag is crafted from full-grain, naturally tanned cowhide leather -- a premium material selected for its durability and rich character. Unlike synthetically treated leathers, the natural vegetable-tanning process means the hide develops a unique patina over time, deepening in tone and character with every use. The result is a bag that looks better the longer you use it, with a finish that becomes distinctly yours.

What fits inside this bag, and how is it organised?

The interior is thoughtfully divided into compartments and slip pockets to keep your essentials -- phone, wallet, keys, cosmetics -- accessible without rummaging. The structured shape holds its form whether the bag is full or lightly packed, maintaining a polished silhouette throughout the day.

    Is this bag RFID secure?

Yes -- this bag includes an integrated RFID-blocking pocket designed to safeguard your contactless cards and digital data from unauthorised scanning. Simply store your cards or passport in the designated pocket and your sensitive information is shielded from electronic pickpockets, giving you peace of mind in crowded airports, trains, and city streets. There's no activation required; the protection works passively the moment your cards are inside.

Does this bag have enough structure to stand upright on its own?

Yes -- the base is reinforced to allow the bag to stand upright without toppling, even when partially packed. This is especially practical when setting it down at airport security, on a restaurant floor, or beside your desk. The structured silhouette holds its shape over time, so the bag doesn't sag or slouch even after extended use.
