For returns, all puchased items must be unused and in original condition and packaging (We may not be able to accept your return should the item be deemed to have been used, or the item has not been returned with original packaging and labels)

Please make sure a copy of your online order confirmation is included with your returns. Once we have received your unused product, we will refund you the amount of the original purchase, excluding the delivery cost (if any). The refund will automatically be issued to the card you used to place the original order. This typically takes 5 working days in the UK, dependent on your bank/card issuer.

For all returns and any repairs, you are required to cover the cost of the return delivery.

For exchanges, we will cover the return cost, this will be refunded against your original order.

Should we need to send out a replacement item due to a fault or incorrect delivery, we will pay for the item to be sent to you. For your own security, we do recommend using a recorded delivery service when sending goods to us. Please note that the returned product will not be accepted unless accompanied by a copy of your order confirmation email.

If you purchased your product from a retail store or another online retailer and would like to return it for a refund or exchange it, please contact the reseller directly. We are not able to provide refunds or exchanges for products purchased from other retailers.

All Jekyll and Hide items are sold with a 2- year warranty cover against possible defects in materials and craftsmanship. The item is only covered under the warranty with a valid proof of original ownership and product info, indicating the date and location of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and if we are satisfied that it is defective in materials or workmanship, we will repair the items at our expense and return it to you free of charge.

This is, of course, subject to the item being within our 2- year guarantee.

The return of the repair will be the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us. If we are unable to repair your item, we reserve the right to replace it with the same or similar product.
