    Frequently Asked Questions

What is this adaptor set made from, and how does the leather age?

This adaptor set is crafted from full-grain, naturally tanned cowhide leather -- a premium material selected for its durability and rich character. Unlike synthetically treated leathers, the natural vegetable-tanning process means the hide develops a unique patina over time, deepening in tone and character with every use. The result is an accessory that looks better the longer you use it, with a finish that becomes distinctly yours.

What phones is this adaptor set compatible with?

This adaptor set is designed to work with a wide range of smartphones, converting your phone into a hands-free crossbody carry. The universal connector clips securely to most phone cases, while the adjustable leather strap lets you set the length for crossbody or shoulder carry. Check the connector dimensions against your phone case to confirm compatibility.

How do I care for the leather on this adaptor set?

The natural leather requires only simple care to look its best for years. Wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth periodically to remove dust, and apply a small amount of quality leather balm or cream every few months to maintain suppleness. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heat sources, which can dry the hide. If the leather gets wet, let it air-dry at room temperature -- the natural oils in the tanning process give it good inherent resistance to light moisture.

Is this adaptor set suitable as a gift?

Absolutely -- it arrives in premium packaging that's ready to present without additional wrapping. The quality of the full-grain leather is immediately evident upon unboxing, making a strong first impression. Because the leather develops a unique patina with use, the recipient receives something that becomes more personal and characterful over time -- a gift that genuinely improves with age rather than fading.
