How much can I pack in this suitcase, and is it airline-approved?
It holds 44 litres, enough for two to four days. At 55 × 37.5 × 24cm it fits the 56 × 45 × 25cm cabin allowance used by British Airways, easyJet (large cabin bag) and Jet2, but it is too deep for airlines with a 20cm limit, such as TUI and Ryanair. How do I clean and care for this suitcase?
The polycarbonate shell needs very little upkeep -- wipe it down with a damp cloth and a mild soap, then dry it off, and most light scuffs from baggage handling will buff out with a soft cloth. The full-grain leather trim and handles benefit from an occasional wipe with a soft, dry cloth and a small amount of quality leather balm every few months to keep them supple; avoid prolonged direct sunlight or heat, which can dry the hide, and let the leather air-dry at room temperature if it gets wet. Keep the wheels and the aluminium frame channel clear of grit so the dual latches keep closing cleanly.
