The internal fabrics in this product are currently recycled from polyethylene terephthalate, better known as PET, which is the plastic used in almost all single-use drink bottles.

In the case of our linings, the PET is spun into a polyester yarn which is then woven into our unique and durable fabric.

I bought this bag just last week after saving up for more than a year. I love it. However, the zip pullers keep on getting off. That is the only disappointing thing. If a zip puller alls off and gets lost, what do I do? I am asking for an exchange, considering that the bag is only a week old.

Quality luggage as expected

I bought a small suitcase and shoulder bag/briefcase for my husband because his previous Jekyll & Hide ones had completely worn out. Not the leather but the frame and connectors. He is very pleased with the replacements and will use them for a further couple of decades of business travel.
